Tour, earn tickets, enter for the prizes you want, and cross your fingers—winners will be pulled on December 16.

  • Prospects and residents choose which prize(s) they want to enter for by placing their tickets in those specific boxes.

How to Earn Tickets:

  • Prizes displayed in the lobby with a separate ticket box in front of each prize. Prospects and residents choose which prize(s) they want to enter for by placing their tickets in those specific boxes.
  • New lease/renewal signed from Dec 1–15 = Waived signing/application fees PLUS 5 tickets. They can split those 5 tickets across multiple prize boxes or put all 5 into one prize box.

Drawings:

  • On December 16, we’ll draw one winner per prize from each corresponding box
